At Duck Camp, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn gear. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back into the field with the right fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
